The week is filled with enough stress and worries. Sometimes it's nice to just take a day and relax. If I make my way to the gym 5 days out of the week I like to reward myself for the good work. Sushi is my weakness and I could never give that up no matter what. Spicy tuna is my favorite, yum.
Do you allow yourself a cheat day as well?

I don't really need cheat days. I eat whatever, just control the portions. I never "got" sushi though. I've tried it a few times and I just can't seem to get it down. Weird how something that I can't stomach is something that so many others love. :)
ReplyDeleteI usually have a "day off" on a Tuesday, after I get weighed and have a few little treats, like a nice coffee or some cheese :) You can't be 100% angellic all of the time, although I have to say sushi is a pretty healthy treat! Yummy too :)
